B.C.’s seven principles of Stress Relief
1. Start You Day With The Right Attitude. Attitude is everything.
2. Don’t sweat the little stuff. Everything is little stuff. Just let it go and realize there is nothing you can do about it.
3. Take care of the body as well as the mind. They work together. It’s a way of life, not just a one time deal.
4. Work productively, not compulsively. Don’t let your job take over your life.
5. Practice rational communication. Don’t yell. Learn to speak softly and nicely and you will accomplish more.
6. Learn to meditate. Meditation is a great tool to help you become stress free.
7. Lighten up. See the humor in the situation. Laughter is stresses enemy.
Do these seven principles and you will be well on your way to a better life, I guarantee it.
B.C. is available to speak to your group or organization on stress relief, self improvement, meditation or any one of his other many speeches. For a complete list go to his website: www.worldwidebc.com
