A Healthy Dose of Laughter

I read that a child laughs 400 times a day on the average, while an adult laughs only 15 times each day. Which is puzzling since laughter feels so good and is so good for us!

There's a storm abrewin'.  What happens when good, responsible people keep quiet?  Washington has forgotten they work for us...  We don't work for them.  Throwing good money after bad is NOT the answer.  I am sick of the midnight, closed door sessions to come up with a plan.  I am sick of Congress raking CEO's over the coals while they, themselves, have defaulted on their taxes.

Hell As Explained by a Chemistry Student

The following is an actual question given on a University of
Washington chemistry mid term.

The answer by one student was so 'profound', that the professor
shared it with his colleagues via the Internet, which is, of course,
why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well:

Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic
(absorbs heat)?

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law
(gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some
variant.
