I have put together a new speech about the Four Keys to A Successful Life. The Keys are:
1. Challenge Yourself Everyday.
2. Never Accept Defeat
3. Realize That You Are Where You Are Right Now Because Of Decisions You Have Made.
4. Laugh Everyday.
The next time you get stressed out over something, stop and ask yourself, "What am I gaining from being stressed out over this?" Train yourself to do this and every time you're stressed out, whether it's traffic, the boss, the kids, whatever, ask yourself this and then change the way you're looking at the problem.

Challenge Yourself
Each day you should challenge yourself to do something you have never done before or thought that you couldn't do. So many people don't realize just how far they can go in life because they are afraid to challenge themselves. Case in point; when I was fired from radio by corporate takeover I decided to challenge myself to see if I could do stand-up comedy. I'd always wanted to try it but I never had the nerve to actually get up on stage and do it.

Feng Shui Basics
The concepts of feng shui, or where objects are placed within your home, office, or living space, impact virtually all areas of your life. How our space is arranged affects your career, your relationships, and even your personal health. The proper placement of items according to the concepts of feng shui is based on three basic principles: Go here: http://www.worldwidebc.com/blog_details.php?record_id=52
USS New York
With a year to go before it touches the water, the Navy's amphibious assault ship USS New York has already made history. It was built with 24 tons of scrap steel from the World Trade Center. Katrina disrupted construction when it pounded the Gulf last summer, but the 684-foot vessel escaped serious damage, and workers were back at the yard near New Orleans soon after the storm. It is the fifth in a new class of warship - designed for missions that include special operations against terrorists. It will carry a crew of 360 sailors and 700 combat-ready Marines to be delivered ashore by helicopters and assault craft. "It would be fitting if the first mission for this ship is to make sure that bin Laden is taken out, his terrorist organization taken out," said Glenn Clement, a paint foreman. "He came in through the back door and knocked our towers down and (the New York) is coming right through the front door, and we want them to know it." Steel from the World Trade Center was melted down in a foundry in Amite, La. to cast the ship's bow. When it was poured into molds on Sept. 9, 2003, "those big rough steelworkers treated it with total reverence," recalled Navy Capt. Kevin Wensing who was there. "It was a spiritual moment for everybody." Junior Chavers, foundry manager, said when the trade center steel arrived, he touched it and the "hair on my neck stood up. It has a big meaning for all of us, they knocked us down. They can't keep us down. We're going to be back."
The ship's motto: 'Never Forget'
Gas Rip Off
I am sending this story on because I am certain it happened to me. I had allowed my car to go to totally empty by the time I drove into a Four Brothers station here in Wilkesboro on 4/26, then filled it up. I have a 20 gallon capacity tank, usually takes only 18, and my receipt showed 23 gallons when I stopped the fill up at $75.

Lakota Instructions for Living
Friend do it this way - that is, whatever you do in life, do the very best you can with both your heart and mind.
And if you do it that way, the Power Of The Universe will come to your assistance, if your heart and mind are in Unity.
When one sits in the Hoop Of The People, one must be responsible because All of Creation is related. And the hurt of one is the hurt of all. And the honor of one is the honor of all. And whatever we do affects everything in the universe.
If you do it that way - that is if you truly join your heart and mind as One - whatever you ask for, that's the Way It's Going To Be.
