Humor - A Universal Language

February 2007

Humor - A Universal Language by B.C.

Humor is a universal language and other countries are finding out about the benifits of laughter and getting way ahead of America. For example, in India they're starting laughing clubs all over the country. Laughing clubs, where people get together each morning before starting work and just laughing for no other reason other than the fact that it feels good to laugh. What a great way to start your day. What a great way to get you in the right attitude to take on whatever the day has to offer, and attitude is everything. The attitude you start you day off with is your choice. You can wake up, look out the window and say, "Oh God, another day" or you can wake up, look out the window and say, "Thank you God, another day." The choice is yours. Why not choose the positive attitude? Unfortunately we are negative by default. We wake up in the morning and expect things to go wrong. We never wake up and expect things to go right. You need to change your attitude. Wake up tomorrow and expect everything to go right and when they don't, ask your self what you learned from it. By doing this you will live a healthier, happier and longer life.

Remember, attitude is everything. Here's to your health.
